Ways of sending

All products displayed in the online store are readily available and can be shipped, except in exceptional cases for reasons (e.g. lack of availability, out of stock, etc.). For these products we are committed to making every effort to satisfy your order as soon as possible.

If the product you want is not available, we will inform you by phone for further action.

In any case, if you do not receive the Product you ordered through our online store within five (5) working days from the order, please contact us at tel: 2341 501270 or e-mail: info@aromatispolis.gr.

Our online store is not responsible in cases of late delivery of products from the transport company to the customer, as well as in cases of delivery at a different time from the indicative time filled in the order form. The customer expressly consents and accepts that late delivery or the undesired delivery time is not a reason for refusal to accept the products and repayment of the amount due to the Merchant for the relevant order.

Also, the online store is not responsible for the delivery time of products in cases of strikes, holidays, extreme weather conditions, as well as their delivery in inaccessible areas, as determined by the partner courier company.

Shipments WITHIN Greece:

Orders are sent as a parcel by ACS courier and are delivered to the place you have indicated at the completion of your order.

Missions Within Kilkis Prefecture

The shipping cost for orders up to 3 Kg for areas within the prefecture of Kilkis is Free €.

Shipments for the rest of Greece

The shipping cost for orders up to 3 kg for NON remote destinations is 3.50 €.

Note: In case the address you have indicated is in a remote area, we will inform you by phone or email for the exact shipping cost, after the completion of your order.

For orders over 40 € the shipping costs are free of charge (for orders up to 3 kg, in any area in Greece).

We are committed to the best possible packaging of each order. Since the courier will be in transit until the parcel reaches you, before you sign for and receive it, check the packaging you are receiving thoroughly. If you see that the package is damaged, you should sign “with reservation” under your signature, opening the package in front of the carrier. If you see that your product has been damaged, call the courier company immediately and report it using the delivery code. The courier will then inform you of the actions that can be taken.
