Returns policy

Returns policy:

The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal 14 days from receipt of the order and request a refund and not necessarily a new order, without giving reasons for the refund.

  • The trader must refund the money within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation request, to a bank account that you provide to us. However, you may be delayed in returning the money if you do not receive the products or a receipt for their return.
  • The money to be refunded must include the shipping costs paid by the consumer for the purchase; the consumer is solely responsible for the return costs.
  • The products must be in their original condition, sealed, unused. If any of the above conditions are not met, the refund procedure is not possible.
  • The shipping costs of returned products are borne solely by the customer.
  • However, the merchant may charge you additional shipping costs if you request a non-standard delivery (such as an urgent delivery).
  • In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your wish to withdraw by telephone at 2341 501270 or in writing at before the expiry of the relevant deadline.
If you have received different items from the ones you ordered due to our error, please follow the procedure described below before opening the outer packaging or the container/vase of the product. When we receive your request we will contact you.

Return of defective products

Our company thoroughly checks all products before they are shipped. However, if you receive a defective product, please notify us of the problem by telephone or email. It is advisable to contact us before proceeding with any return so that we can discuss the details. Our company will refund the cost of the returned product to a bank account that you will indicate to us. If you wish to change – replace the returned product you must inform us before it reaches us.
